What do i need to do to start the refund process?

Please email us at support@keepsakes.co with your order number, your name, address and the reason for the refund request.

How Long do i have to make a refund request? 

Please contact us on the above email within 30 days of receiving your order.

How long does the refund process take? 

Once we have received your information and confirmed your refund, you will receive your refund within 5-7 business working days.

Is there a restocking fee?

No, we do not change a restocking fee.

Do i have to pay for postage?
